My name is Julia B. Keleher and I founded Solution Partners as a way to help organizations close the strategy-execution gap. For three decades, I have led the creation and implementation of strategic plans that have transformed organizations.
That work taught me where change actually breaks down. It rarely breaks down in the plan. It breaks down in the handoffs, the decision rights, and the routines that nobody owns.
My accomplishments in education, government, business, have been widely documented in various publications. My areas of expertise include leading change, project management, data driven decision making, and risk management.
